Pros: The staff, and making my guests feel like they are at home...just knowing tht I can help someone and make there visit just that much better.
Cons: My manager not managing and I get stuck doing everything that is not my job label.

Get ready to multi-task.
Executive Housekeeper:
Pros: Fast paced, and unpredictable environment. Never a dull moment and gives me a great work out daily which ensures I stay fit. Small summer bonus given. Owner/Boss is very easy to get along with and understanding when I have a family thing come up.
Cons: Hard to find and keep good and reliable help. Very hard on my back at times and often feel pains. I feel I am under compensated for everything I oversee. Can be very stressful and overwhelming at times.
