Pros: Different clientele to handle, most of them are high level. Small Organization. Work flexibility. Lower stress level.
Cons: Slowe pace, lack of challenge, communication problem.

Event Manager:
Pros: No two days are ever the same,
Working with vendors setting up shows.
Don't have to sit behind a desk all day.
Managing great people.
Cons: Only negative reinforcement, no positive reinforcement.

Exciting.
Event Manager:
Pros: Liaising with a range of people to take an event from an idea to a full sale production. I enjoy the forward planning and organising of mass information when dealing with multiple acts performing & taking care of all their transport, accommodation and hospitality for each show. I enjoy scheduling and making things happen.
Cons: The stress levels are constantly intense which isn't limited to normal office hours. I work the events at the weekend as well as in the office during the week which can take a strain on my personal life & health.

Pros: If you love new things, being creative and working with different types of people than this is a perfect fit.
Cons: The hours and can't always take vacation or sick days when you want. Show must always go on!
