Cons: Pay, especially for esthetician’s is low. Esthetician’s are treated and paid lower then massage therapists. I am one of the most senior employees in the back of the house and am one of the lowest paid, plus i am also a lead.

Pros: close to home
Cons: now new owners came in and did away with commission and now calling it piece rate. Dont understand what that is all i know its way lower than our commission. so this has set us back to living paycheck to paycheck if im lucky. And the sad part about this is they could do this. so our license and knowledge are not worth anything....So So sad

Esthetician in Palm Desert:
This is a wonderful place to start out, usually paid hourly rates plus commission plus gratis. A hotel always has guests that will frequently get treatments and a private community is a place to build your clientele.
