Pros: Easy city to live in, everything is in close proximity, lots to do, great weather, minimal traffic, good people, fantastic environment.
Cons: Sometimes the beachfront is a bit dirty, parts of the city are not well maintained, although the weather is great year round it can get a bit too hot at times.
