Cons: Demagogues in city and county government, and ignorance on the part of Naval Facilities Command for whom we do a lot of work.;

Pros: The wide range of project that keeps me challenged and learning. The people I work directly with on a daily basis are great and I enjoy working with them.
Cons: That upper management does not seem to value their employees. Views them as easily replaceable and does the minimum in regards to "industry standard" for their employees.
