Pros: Interaction with the h.r of different company's.
Cons: No proper management.

Pros: *I was able to give people a 2nd chance on doing something with themselves.
*Meeting all different diversity of people.
*Helping out my community also helping out my economy.
*Satisfaction that I did something good for an individual who is needing help.
*Able to give people the same opportunities and benefits that I am able to utilize.
*Able to screen applicant who wouldn't the best interest of the Air Force.(Company)
Cons: *I love my job and the least thing that I don't like is that sometimes I don't get to be home at reasonable time to spend time with my wife.

Pros: Flexibility when not teaching and on the road.
Cons: Too much work, not enough staff long hours and some weekends.

Pros: Freedom and ability to help find people jobs and make a difference in their lives. Being copontent and able to help fill positions for companies and employees.
Cons: Lack of structure.

Pros: I love the people in my job. I love my co-workers and the people that I meet everyday. I love finding people jobs and helping them in their lives. I love the process of forming a new relationship with a prospect that is looking for work and helping them find the job for them and also I love forming a relationship with a new client that I know I can help find suitable applicants for their positions.
Cons: I hate the management. I work in an office by myself and basically handle all of the administrative, clerical, data entry, answering phones, and also handle all of the recruitment, placements, cold-calling prospects, and talking to companies looking for applicants.

Pros: Helping people make a change in their life by moving from the UK to a new life in NZ.
Cons: Systems under-established. Under payed for what I do.
