Be Safe And Pay Attention To Detail.
Electrical Technician:
Working with high voltage is not as easy as it sounds. It can get you killed unless you pay attention to your surroundings and details. Sometimes it is difficult to troubleshoot welding machines and get them repaired but when you finally flip the switch and it does what it is supposed to, it can give you a high better than any drug or alcohol. And there is also a reward in knowing that I can efficiently do something most others cannot. With this comes the responsibility of keeping others around me safe including when a reworked machine is installed in that if it is not installed properly it could get someone hurt or killed. I also have the responsibility of supervising others on the floor to make sure things are cared for efficiently and in a timely manner. This too is rewarding in it's self when my crew carries out my requests with a smile.
