The work is good.

Pros: The work. The people are good, too. The pay isn't terrible but it is lower than what I would expect elsewhere.
Cons: The conditions are terrible. I work alone, never with someone else, I often work 24hr without break, get less than 2hr sleep, and return to work. In these circumstances I can expect overtime to be capped at 150% rate of pay and 16hours of that time is considered to be two 8hr days with overtime. This is the top of the iceberg.
