Okay Place.
Electrical Engineer:
Pros: Decent pay. Flexible work hours. Good opportunity for growth.
Cons: This place would be a much better place to work if upper management would stop screwing things up. They have recently consolidated 2 buildings into one to save money on leasing. However, productivity has gone way down as they have crammed too many people into one building and reduced the amount of work space per person. The worst part is, they've awarded the guy who organized this. Yet if they were to talk to the people who have to actually work in the environment they wouldn't hear anything positive.
