Good people, bad technology!
Editor in Silver Spring:
Pros: I'm trusted to work independently without micro-management. The mission of the organization is important and at the center of everything we do. My coworkers are engaged and passionate about what they do.
Cons: Change management leaves a lot to be desired here. Constant changes to technology, structure, platforms and they are never handled well. They always cause huge disruption because they haven't been tested or implemented properly. It can have a BIG impact on our ability to do our jobs.
