Pros: The team are all so close, we are like a family. There are good perks too, the staff discount is good, and there are pleanty of learning and growth opertunies within the company.
Cons: For such a sucsessful company, they do not pay their employees fairly.

Pros: PetSmart provides great dog grooming training through it's academy that you don't have to pay upfront for. It gives you legitimate certification you can take anywhere.
Cons: PetSmart is not a company I would recommend working for. I would not take my dog to get groomed there unless I knew the groomer personally. It is a very stressful environment for the dogs as well as the groomers.
