Cons: The pay is not sufficient. Though you work hard you find no incentive at the end of the day.

Pros: Making a sale, being over prepared, thinking one step ahead to ensure efficiencies, constructive feedback from mentors, being rewarded through positive reinforcement and with monetary rewards for good performance (bonus)
Cons: Disciplining employees, delinquent accounts, letting people go.
