Pros: I love the freedom that I have to make decisions about advertising, marketing, and ways to improve Parkview.
Cons: I have an enthusiasm and desire to make positive changes, but I feel alone in my attempts to improve Parkview. Most of the departments I work with are extremely complacent and very lazy. This creates huge frustration for me. I am learning how to manage this frustration, and have patience.
