November 2014
Great Variety, Great Work.
Director of Events:
Pros: No event is ever the same. Some become routine in terms of execution, but the people, the content, always different. Sometimes I coordinate a meeting for 10 people, other times I throw a block party for 1000+ people. It's fun and exciting, but hard and oftentimes exhausting.
Cons: Very hectic and many people expect IMMEDIATE responses or execution. The volume of events can be overwhelming and ownership among my team is not always very clear. Also would like to make more money to feel more secure in my personal life.

Cons: Marketing perfection.
