What is it like working as a Director of Events?

Fulfilling to work with great clients. Not so great to work with different styles of management that change over periods of time. My job goal is always the same, gain more clients and continue to book events plus increase sales.

Pros: I love dealing with new clients, offering or suggesting new ideas. being able to add a new way or working with innovative ways of can be provided with our limatations.
Cons: having to work with new management styles of this era, that need to experience certain trials that do not work, yet they need do implement to understand. No respect in listening to your employees and considering their feedback when going forward with deciding policies and changes

Pros: Mentoring young people who want to be in music/ events
Cons: Lack of vision of the company, lack of time for development of new department, identifying the purpose of the company has been lost in too many ideas.

Cons: The pay scale is significantly lower than other locations doing the same work tasks.
