Casual but not enough pay.

Pros: The employer is very flexible with schedules and tries to accommodate everyone. I like the commute. All other corporate officers work remotely, which allows a peaceful working environment. Able to bring my dog in to work with me.
Cons: How and when raises are determined. Not feeling valued based on my pay.
