Pros: The clients
Cons: Relief staff isn’t always there, a lot of times the direct support managers are promoted to manager just cause a house needed one not because that person was qualified, the company hires completely inexperienced staff and although it’s good for people who want to learn how to work this field it’s bad for the houses staffed with people who are just here for the check and don’t care about the clients safety, happiness, or wellbeing.
