Pros: Good benefits and work from home.
Cons: Salary well below the national median for the position. Three years with no raise even though company has shown massive revenue and net income those years, with more level 2 and 3 duties being added during that same time. Nearly zero upward mobility or technical advancement in the project I'm on; client is a large utility company. Unrealistic SLAs - "overpromise and underdeliver" is the modus operandi, even after seven plus years. Client held responsible for virtually nothing; they're spoon-fed basically everything, even though many of the their employees treat contractors as second-class citizens.
