Cons: Sometimes few good ideas are not given importance by some seniors in the firm.

Pros: I like the satisfaction that it brings me when I complete a project. I can see something I have designed in my head be realised, there is always something to be learnt.
Cons: The job is undervalued, highly competitive, pretentious, with a high workload which can really dismantle relationships if you are not careful.

Pros: Critical thinking is required on a daily basis and every project is a new experience.
Cons: Some of the tasks become tedious and repetitive.
