Pros: The culture in the NW offices is really supportive and friendly. There are a lot of resources available
Cons: There is a sense of favoritism for who is recognized for their work. The company on a national level does not inspire confidence or loyalty.

Cons: Limited access to interesting municipal work at a small firm.
