Pros: The area is very nice.
Cons: The competition for jobs is so severe that all the employers here pay the lowest wages they can get away with instead of a living wage, or fair compensation based on experience or anything else. Pretty much everyone here is on poverty inducing salaries if they are lucky enough to find a job at all. .
