Pros: Easy commute, casual startup environment and culture at most startups, surrounded by diverse individuals from all over the country & world, easily walkable to lunch and meetings, city culture.
Cons: MTA, cost of living, taxes.

My best position yet.
Customer Success Manager:
Pros: I love the clients that I work with. I am very good with them and enjoy helping them. I love my works flexibility and the perks are great here. I also like my coworkers here. I love this position it is my favorite one that I have had here. I also like to manage the projects, create short term and long term goals and love managing my team they are awesome.
Cons: Sometimes I get difficult clients that I would rather not work with but I still help them. I am not happy that I am still at my same salary from the last position.
I can hardly afford to live based on the salary and feel I am a hard worker and always am trying to improve. I just think fair compensation is needed.

Cons: Volatility and have not been able to move up at a start up.
