You need a passion for the agent's success. You need to care about what level of performance the agents perform at and what level you are expected to perform. Trainers need to be flexible. You may have a class that may get cancelled/switched due to staffing needs. You may need to train today on first shift, next day on second shift and then back to first. The last point is you need to be an entertainer. If you keep them engaged and interactive, you can teach them. This does not mean that you are to be a comedian or a stage performer, but have a sense of humor and craft the art of performance. You will train accounts that may not be your favorite, but you have to sell the agents that it is the best and they will be the best.
