Pros: Great customer Service, My relationship with my tellers and customers. Our Core Values: We are family, We act with a servant heart, We have fun. We provide excellent service to customers in need. Great Company to work for.
Cons: When we went to a pawn store and When they closed my store down.

Cons: No smoke breaks, not paid accordingly, favourtism is high, supposed to be part time but get 40 hours a week at least.

Customer Service Supervisor:
Pros: The great part about my job is the people I work with, both customers in & around the community and as well as the team members I work with on a daily basis.
Cons: My pay rate, I feel like minimum wage is not enough for a supervisor with my duties. I look after everything in the owner & also mangers absence everyday from monday - friday for the evening shift. We currently just have the owner above me (supervisor) as well as another morning supervisor and two part timers as well that we (morning supervisor & myself) are above. I feel like I have taken on more responsibilities than I should have for the pay I am receiving, before having an official raise offer.
