It is a company that pushes for you to sell more then the quality of the customer service being offered. Management is only there for technical issues nothing that can truly help an agent out. There are suppose to be employees rates but if you check a lot of the hotels raise the prices when it is an employee special code being used.
Watch it they also record everything you do Including person conversations you may have privately with another agent.
