Customer Service Representative (CSR):
Always speak to the customer in a pleasant tone and relax your shoulders while handling complaints and always make sure to address the customer by their name, be patient and listen, give customers your undivided attention, if you can't resolve the problem ask the customer if it would be ok to be transferred to your supervisor who can possibly rectify the problem, always end the end with is there anything else that I can do for you today before you hang up or transfer caller.
