Customer Service Representative (CSR) Reviews
What is it like working as a Customer Service Representative (CSR)?
November 2022
One of my Best Employers.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Phoenix:
Pros: Overall the people: peers, managers, CSE, and Leadership team. Also, most of the customers.
Cons: I love working from home. As a part time employee with no medical, dental, vision insurance coverage, I would like my internet and phone plan paid for by my company. And, I would like some type of medical, dental, vision, life insurance affordable coverage options and subsidiaries for said coverage as part of the compensation, and not lowering my existing wage or affecting my future potential wages.
