Cons: Customers that get free orders because they werent smart enough to plan ahead. Also, the needy customers.

Knowing how insurance policies work and how claims are processed is very benefical when trying to help patients understand their statements. Confidence in your explanationations provides confidence to the patient their statement is correct. The patient is more likely to pay balance due and in a timely manner. Experience is very helpful.

Opening of accounts.

Cons: Doing a lot of talking.
Dealing with angry customers.
