Customer Service Representative (CSR):
Make sure you have performance reviews each year and if more work is added all year long ask for the raise.for so many of my 17 years I trusted this c ompany to pay what was right but they never offered job reviews or raises.the boss would always say the company was cutting back and no raises were available and the whole time she was getting 80.000 plus a yr with huge bonuses.i can't give any advice as to how to excel on this job except to be upfront and not be taken advantage of.

A Good Oportunity though pay is not competitive.
Customer Service Representative (CSR):

Customer Service Representative (CSR):
Don't ever think a customer service job is not important because you are the fine-line between the customer and the company and if the customer is not happy and refuses to shop at the companies stores then the company will deteriorate. Without customers there will not exist a business .

It pays the bills.
Customer Service Representative (CSR):
Pros: Discounted services, work on a nice building.
Cons: No real job advancement beyond moving to another state. Mismanaged, complaints take to long to resolve. You are guilty till proven innocent for everything. Who your manager is affects your job outlook and how stats are interpreted.
