Very little training with high accountability on the individual if any mistakes are made. Majority of the time, the work environment can be pleasant if you can work under constant pressure. Internal clients are demanding and very young, so they have little in the way of business etiquette. A lot of autonomy and independent learning otherwise.

Pros: I don't.
Cons: How it was dumped on me. How I am working two jobs and never got an increase for the 2nd one. Very demanding, very detailed oriented. It is just too much to get done.
