Corporate Recruiter:
Pros: I enjoy the company culture. It allows for a decent work life balance. Provides scheduling flexibility.
Cons: These roles end up being very transactional in a lot of cases. Managers can see you as the order takers of HR. I need this person and I need them yesterday mentalities.
