Corporate Recruiter:
Pros: I like that I get to work closely with a team that is all focused on the same goal, and that I'm able to give deserving people good jobs.
Cons: I don't like when I feel like a salesperson. I try to avoid selling opportunities to people and sometimes as a recruiter you can be forced to push people into positions that aren't always a good fit for them.

Corporate Recruiter:
Pros: I enjoy being able to work from home whenever I want. And I like that I am able make an inpact by get involved in many projects within different facets of human resources. Therefore, I do not feel like I am stuck in the box and I do much more than just recruiting.
Cons: At first, it can be frustrating to get the needs and requirements from the hiring managers. For example, I was first told that they are "just looking for someone with customer service experience". However, they truly want someone with other skills, experience, and qualifications, but they are too busy to take the time to meet with you and discuss in detail.
