Corporate Controller Reviews

Corporate Controller:
Don't rush the college experience. Some assume it's the "right" thing to do to dive into college directly after high school. I recommend taking a year off after HS and travel and recharge your batteries before fully immersing yourself into college. But don't let that 1 year time frame turn into a regretful 10 year time frame or even worse to delay indefinitely.

Corporate Culture.
Corporate Controller:
Pros: Challenges and opportunities, global presence.
Cons: Frequent travelling and change of management.

New Corporate Controller
Corporate Controller:
Following what the previous Controller did is not necessarily the right thing to do. Make sure you understand why certain things are done the way they are done before changing them. There's always a better way to do things. Look at things from several different angles.

Corporate Controller:
Coach and groom your staff and always show appreciation for a job well done!
