Career choice.

Career choice should be to train and serve with services company rather than manufacturing industry. This opens up thescope of experience. Manufacturing control engineers often have narrowed scope of experience compared to engineering service control engineers.

Responsibility.
Control Systems Engineer:
A controls engineer has a tremendous amount of respossibility and is often the go to person for any part of an ongoing project. He is also quite frequently the last person on the job to finish the project. Being envoled on the tail end of projects can put a lot of pressure to move a product to its final stage and ultimatelly to the customer. My advice is to tackle these projects one piece at a time and never give up. And be prepare to travel.
