The Little Things Mean a Lot.

Regardless of how well you do your job you will be rated on your attitude and by what time you show up. If you go the extra mile you be rewarded ten fold, not just in pay increases and merit rewards but in referrals, references and long-term relationships. Some of my best references came from college professors and employers I worked for in high school and college.

Pros: Genuinely I am interested in this career what I had chosen and the role I am performing into operations were my key responsibilities are :
Recruitment, talent acquisition, performance management, payroll, leave management, Time management, Esic, Insurance, Exit formalities etc.
I am interested in HR Payroll and HR Generalist role to excel in my career, through continuously develop my skills were I can make my career in HR Top Level management in coming years.
Cons: No appreciation or increment done even though I have experience of about 1.6 years in current company.
Rest all is good in this company.
