Interesting field and essential for the business.
Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist:
Pros: Autonomy in how the job gets done with respect to time management. Technically challenging at times which keeps things fun. Room to learn more and develop knowledge around CT. Unique role within the company. Free fruit, coffee. Towels provided for commute or gym use Gym with great (subsidised rate) nearby. Lunch is part of package - cashless restaurant on site. Approachable management.
Cons: Very busy all the time. Utilisation is high say 120%. Some tasks need to be done in large quantities which can become boring although you may always come across a really amazing image at some point (fossilised shells, corals and fish). Commute. Hard at my age to get training and develop career.
