Community Support Worker:
The new chief executive seems to be very focused upon the staff which is refreshing, I like the direction in which he is taking the group. Hopefully this will reflect on a better pay structure which reflects the hard work that's is undertaken in the care and support sector of the business as this is a poorly paid area of the business.
