Commercial Manager:
Remember who you work for. Don't buy your comfort - saying yes is easy, saying no at the appropriate time is difficult but ultimately more rewarding and will lead your customer to respect you more. The more senior you get the more time you spend managing people and not customers, make sure you are prepared for this.
