Cons: Depending on the location you are given and how by the book the store is, the way you can do operations varies from location to location. Aside from that, decision making is rather difficult to get started as it falls to very and many yes and no's by higher up in the company. First starting out you want what's best for your company, as well as yourself. Unfortunately the table flips by about the 2nd month in. My Advice is to adapt with haste and find the best way to be the best salesperson you can or otherwise you will assimilate into your operations and become off kilter.
