Good but could be better.
Clinic Office Manager in York:
Pros: The values of the organization align with my values. The benefits are pretty good. The trainings are awesome. My leadership team is supportive.
Cons: Constant changes to procedures. Increasing workload caused by budget cuts and job cuts. Merit based increases only outside of rare market increases.

Great People, Unfair Compensation.
Clinic Office Manager in Hamilton:
Pros: I like that I can be trusted to grow the clinic, and provide services to my community. I enjoy having high responsibilities and expectations to manage a clinic directly. I love working with the community, patients, physicians and office/medical staff. I enjoy the competition, and opportunities to prove my hard work.
Cons: What I like least, is not getting fairly compensated or under compensated for my workload. I am on salary, and they do not pay me over time. I feel like I am being exploited, living pay cheque to pay cheque, when I shouldn't be. I also feel I am only getting compensated for one of my roles, when I carry 2 roles, and additional roles as required in absences of my staff.

Cons: Unclear position expectations Lack of reinforcement and plenty of punishment Lack of help from regional team Out-of-order operations No clear communications process for potential families Have to pick up other people's slack
