Cons: Lack of transparency on bonuses and pay increase, general and constant need to invest, support and GROW THE INVESTMENT IN MORE in urban and minority communities (ie. Small business support, fair mortgage lending, money into teaching basic personal finance and investing skills, mortgages, debt etc), the general microaggressions which comes with working with a historically white male dominated org which is still present in some interactions with colleagues
