Client Services Associate in Des Moines:
Pay is better than some other jobs. Hard to get promotions or awards, most awards people give each other because they are friends. Same people keep getting awards because anyone can give someone else a reward, they give them to each other all the time. Managers ignore lots of hard workers but give awards to their friends. Company cares about coronavirus and we are all working from home. We have fun outings each year. Bosses play favorites and give gifts to some people and not others.
