I am overwhelmed and stressed due to multiple projects that are priority being completed simultaneously. I have mimial assistance as everyone seems to be preoccupied with their own endeavors.

Pros: What I like most about Covanta is the benefits offered and the diversity of the work environment.
Cons: What I least like is the lack of teamwork from employees with tenure. Employees that have been with the company do not like change and lack the willingness to receive new ways of completing tasks by a new hire.

From corporate to management this company is a joke. The only reason most employees stay is because of their colleagues. The turnover rate is high but understandable given the poor practices in place.
