Pros: CBRE is a great company to work for. They do a lot to have a good reputation. Very corporate. The benefits are nice. Good pay for what it is.
Cons: No growth opportunities. Very transactional work. No sense of family. Very formal. I feel that my skill sets are not utilized.

Cons: I just think I deserve better pay to compete with other jobs i could be taking with this much experience and also having a finance degree. My employer doesn't pay attention to what other jobs are currently paying. Also, hardly takes us out as employees to do fun things.
