September 2020
Claims Adjuster in Lewisville:
I like the company but it certainly is not without faults. Most try to assist with problems, but their quite a few circumstances the company has created that is the source of said problems. The process of claims handling is below average for todays texhnology. The pay is fair, but bonuses would be better quarterly instead of annually. Time off and flexibility is excellent though.

December 2019
Great Starting Experience But Not a Place to Build A Career.
Claims Adjuster in Phoenix:
Pros: I enjoyed a majority of the people and some of the technological processes being introduced for customers
Cons: There is a lack of accountability from management, a lot of office politics, lack of consistency in written messages and how management applies them and little to no growth for everyone as far as a career.
