The pay here is very low - so low that they are having trouble hiring ANYONE and people are leaving in droves. The new management obviously does not value talent, experience, or loyalty. I am 20 hours short on my full time check this pay period.

A Consistent Place to Work with Excellent Co-Workers.
Charge Nurse (RN) in Calumet City:
Pros: The drive to work is not too far. My co-workers are the greatest colleagues a person could ask for!
Cons: The resources we need are not always immediately available. Many of my co-workers and their contributions to the business are not valued. We have a difficult time attracting good/competent professionals to our workplace.
