Pros: I love working with my coworkers we are all like a big family. We take care of each other .
Cons: No accountability for anyone and favoritism all the time. The pay is bad for having a degree and expecting to get another with not much of a pay increase. Having to maintain Twould jobs but only really get paid for one.

It's not an easy job. Many cases will be added to schedule. Work on a buddy team. Continue with your education.

Pros: I work in labor and delivery and I get to help bring new life into this world. I help ensure a safe delivery and I am there incase of an emergency to deliver a baby in minutes if needed.
Cons: The insufficient pay. I feel like I a very underpaid and am currently exploring other options.

Dr gentry is one of the best! But you will not receive a raise and I mean nothing, nor any kind of review. Dr is in 2 weeks and out 2 weeks which makes it almost stress free.
