Cons: The pay raises are insulting. The expectations are constantly increasing with unrealistic measurements. The micromanaging has become unbearable as well.

Ambry pays their employees well, provides competitive benefit packages, annual raises/bonuses, rewards hard work with promotions and strives to improve their employee satisfaction annually. They make real efforts to address employee concerns and aim to live up to their mission statement and prove outcomes for patients being tested for genetic disease.

Cons: The management is out of touch, and seems to cater and encourage laziness in favored employees. There is always an excuse for some, and the patient is rarely taken care of in my Department.

Cons: Don't like the jealousy expressed by other employees and they don't seem to be supportive of other employees successes.
