Pros: I feel important and appreciated. Any concerns or questions are welcomed and I never feel bad for not knowing something. Overall a great, welcoming environment.
Cons: Like any hospital job, some doctors are extremely condescending and stuck-up. And some nurses act like they are above you because you’re not a nurse or have a higher position. But there are awesome people too, and there are more awesome people than jerks.
