Cons: It can be a very high stress level enviroment.

Pros: It's amazing to work with such amazing minds and co-workers who truly want to help.
Cons: The pay SUCKS and no one could live on this salary.

Pros: Sharing my life experience with other Veterans and letting them know that if I can make it, with my mental illness so can they.
Cons: The commute is to much at times.

Pros: That I have an opportunity to work with Peers and share common interests and help other also.
Cons: My supervisor talks down to me, and whenever another employee from the organization asks me a question about the pilot progroject she cuts me off, I am not comfortable at the moment.
